Pipe Insulation

Your water tank alone can represent as much as 20% of your energy consumption. In order to improve your water tank's efficiency, you should use pipe insulation, duct tapes and pipe wrap. Wrapping your water tank in a fibre glass insulation blanket could help save between 320 to 385 kWh every year, depending on the size of the tank.
